2004-2015 Nissan Titan Front Bumper Kit

This is a high clearance DIY weld-together bumper kit for the 1st generation (2004-2015) Nissan Titan. It features a low profile design, bolt-on construction, protected winch mount and the best approach angle on the market. The high clearance design makes your Titan look more aggressive by showing off your front suspension and tires. In addition, this bumper frees up a ton of space in your front wheel wells and allows you to run 37" tires without any bumper interference. This bumper allows you to forget about approach angle and substantially improves the offroad capability of your Titan. It offers excellent protection from trail obstacles, animal strikes and distracted drivers and has been kept to a very reasonable weight of 115lbs (or 57lbs in aluminum) through careful design work. This means less stress on your suspension and drivetrain components.

The profile of this bumper has been designed with maximum ground clearance and approach angles put first. The bumper sits as high and tight to the front of the 1st generation (2004-2015) Nissan Titan as possible, while the angled lower faces will smoothly slide over obstacles and ensure you do not get hung up on the trail. The side wings of this bumper wrap around to the front wheel wells and tie directly into the main frame mounting plates for true offroad protection. These side wings will take a serious hit without flexing or deflecting into the vehicle body. This bumper uses a total of 14 mounting points to solidly mount it to the frame and includes weight distributing frame brackets that bolt in position between the bumper and frame. This mounting system distributes impact and winching forces evenly across your frame and makes for the stiffest mounting interface of any bumper on the market. This bumper also uses a low profile design that tucks tightly to the body and slopes up directly from the end of the frame. This results in maximum ground clearance and approach angles that will let you take lines on the trail that weren't previously possible.

The main section of this bumper is CNC-bent out of a single piece of  3/16" P&O Steel. This greatly reduces the amount of welding and grinding required by you and makes for a cleaner finished product. If you are paying to have the bumper assembled by a welding shop, this significantly lowers the cost. \n \nWe finished this bumper off with four integrated light buckets for surface mount LED pod lights (custom light cut outs available by request, such as a light bar version), an integrated winch mount to accept all standard 8-12k lb winches with removable solenoids, and heavy duty 9/16" recovery points that are placed directly in line with the Nissan Titan frame to eliminate any leveraging effects. These recovery points are formed by laser cut steel plates that pass through the bumper shell and tie directly into the Nissan Titan frame as part of the bumper's main mounting brackets. The recovery points then get welded to the in and outside of the bumper shell. These factors all combine to form recovery points that minimize stress on your Nissan Titan frame and provide reliable recoveries of heavily loaded vehicles in the worst of offroad situations. What could make this bumper even better? The low profile design has resulted in very reasonable weights of 115lbs for the steel bumper and 57lbs for the aluminum version. Considering that this bumper replaces your factory bumper and associated components, the resulting weight increase to your Nissan Titan is surprisingly minimal. This reduces added stress on your vehicle, maintains precious payload capacity, and allows you to keep your factory suspension if desired.

This bumper is also available with an optional lower skid plate that protects your vulnerable radiator and engine bay parts and provides even more additional ground clearance. It has CNC cut outs that improve airflow to the radiator as well as raised sides that stiffen the skid plate and prevent debris from entering the engine bay from the sides.

2013-2015 Models: For the 2013-2015 model years of the Titan, Nissan excluded the frame nuts welded into the front of the frame rails. If you select the 2013-2015 model year option, a pair of weld-in frame plates will be included with your bumper kit. These will need to be welded onto the vehicle's frame to provide proper winching strength. Alternatively, lag bolts and plates can be inserted into the frame and used instead if you prefer not to modify your frame.
